Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Hesentis

1. Scope:
These T&C apply to all business relationships between Hesentis and the customers of the online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract:
2.1 The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is only concluded when the customer submits an order.
2.2 The customer has the option to review and, if necessary, correct the order before submitting it.

3. Prices:
3.1 The stated prices are in the selected or available currency and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment:
4.1 Payment is made according to the payment methods specified during the ordering process.
4.2 The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery:
5.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
5.2 Delivery times are stated in the online shop. Any deviations in delivery times will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

6. Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal set out in the cancellation policy applies.

7. Warranty:
7.1 The statutory warranty provisions apply.
7.2 Complaints regarding obvious defects must be submitted in writing without delay, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.

8.Data Protection: The seller’s data protection policy, available on the website, applies accordingly.

9. Liability:
9.1 The seller is fully liable under statutory provisions for damages to life, body, and health that are based on intentional or negligent breaches of duty.
9.2 For other damages, the seller is only liable in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

10. Final Provisions:
10.1 Amendments or additions to these T&C must be in written form.
10.2 Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that most closely approximates the economic purpose and intent of the invalid provision shall apply.
