At Hesentis, we prioritize ensuring that your order arrives safely, quickly, and reliably. Our products are carefully packaged to guarantee secure delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

• Switzerland, Germany, and France: Free shipping.
• Other countries: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout after entering your address. Examples:
  • Shipping to the USA: 20 USD
  • Shipping to England: 10 GBP
  • Shipping to Poland: 50 PLN

If your country is not listed, please contact us via our contact form. We will calculate the shipping costs manually and assist you further.

3. Delivery Time

• Switzerland, Germany, France, and other European countries: 2–6 business days.
• USA: 5–15 business days.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during special sales events or holidays.

 

4. Shipping Providers

We collaborate with renowned shipping partners to ensure punctual and secure delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within one order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

6. Damaged Items

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at info@hesentis.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These fees are borne by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to all countries. If you are unsure whether your country is eligible, feel free to contact our customer service.
